How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. We strive to provide you with the highest quality possible and we proudly print everything in-house.

What’s the Return Policy?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email samplesurplusco@gmail.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

How Should I Wash My Clothing?

We recommended washing cold with the garment inside out. and hang drying. This will preserve the life of your garment as well as the print. If you would like a more faded/vintage look-- hang dry your garment outdoors to let the natural sun fade the graphic and shirt.
